1. Service Fees & Commission Disclosure

Avion Flights Booking (operated by Flights Booking Desk LLC) is an independent travel agency. Please read this section carefully before completing any booking.

Service Fee:: We may charge a service fee for processing your flight booking. This fee covers our search, booking assistance, and customer support services. The applicable service fee, if any, will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm your purchase.

Airline Commission:: We receive a commission from airlines and travel suppliers on bookings made through our platform. This commission is paid by the supplier and does not increase the price you pay.

Total Price Transparency:: The total amount you will be charged — including any applicable service fees and taxes — will be presented to you for review and approval before any payment is collected.

No Hidden Charges:: We do not add charges after your booking is confirmed without your explicit consent.

By completing a booking through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the fee structure disclosed at the time of purchase.

2. About Our Services

Avion Flights Booking is an independent online travel agency. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with any airline or travel brand unless explicitly stated.

We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.

Flight availability, schedules, and fares are subject to change by the airline at any time.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but fares are not guaranteed until ticketing is complete and payment is confirmed.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline or travel supplier.

3. Booking & Payment

When you submit a booking request through our platform:

A travel specialist will review your request and confirm availability with the airline.

You will receive a booking summary including the total price (fare + taxes + service fee) before any charge is made.

Payment is processed only after you provide explicit approval of the final price.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation and booking reference from us.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation and change policies vary by airline, fare type, and ticket class:

Refundable Tickets:: May be cancelled for a full or partial refund, subject to the airline's fare rules and any applicable service fees.

Non-Refundable Tickets:: Generally cannot be refunded. Some airlines may allow changes for a fee. Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

Airline-Initiated Changes:: If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you are entitled to a refund or rebooking per the airline's policy. We will assist you in processing such requests.

How to Request:: Contact us at [email protected] with your booking reference. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring:

All traveler names match exactly as they appear on government-issued photo ID or passport.

You hold a valid passport or travel document for your destination. Passport must typically be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

You have obtained all required visas, entry permits, and health documentation for your destination country.

You arrive at the airport with sufficient time before departure (we recommend at least 2 hours for domestic, 3 hours for international flights).

You review and comply with the airline's baggage policy, which may differ from what is shown during search.

Avion Flights Booking is not liable for denied boarding, missed flights, or travel disruptions resulting from failure to meet these requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Avion Flights Booking (Flights Booking Desk LLC) acts solely as an agent for airlines and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any airline, hotel, or other travel supplier.

We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, or any other disruption caused by the airline or circumstances beyond our control (including weather, strikes, or force majeure events).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you to us for that specific booking.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

We collect personal and payment information solely to process your booking and provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information with airlines and travel suppliers only as necessary to complete your booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Flights Booking Desk LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
