We believe you have the right to know exactly what you will be charged — and why — before any payment is collected. This page explains every fee we may charge.

Your protection: No charge is ever made without your explicit authorization. You will always see the full total — fare + taxes + fees — before we ask for payment.

Important

Avion Flights Booking is an independent online travel agency operated by Flights Booking Desk LLC. We are not an airline. We charge service fees for booking assistance in addition to the airline fare and applicable taxes.

All fees are disclosed to you before any payment is collected. You must explicitly authorize the total charge — including all fees — before we process your payment. We will never charge you without your prior approval.

The following service fees may apply when we assist you with a flight booking. The exact fee for your specific itinerary will be quoted to you before payment.

Infant & Child Booking Fees

Special Cases

Booking flights for infants (under 2 years) and children involves additional coordination with the airline to ensure lap-infant or seat assignments are correctly processed. A separate assistance fee may apply.

Infant fares are set by the airline (typically 10% of the adult fare for international travel). Our service fee for infant booking assistance is separate from the airline's infant fare and will be disclosed before payment.

If you are booking for a child traveling alone (unaccompanied minor), additional airline fees and our coordination fee will be disclosed in full before any charge is made.

Ticket Exchange & Reissue Fees

Changes

If you need to change your flight after booking, two types of fees may apply: (1) the airline's own change or rebooking fee, and (2) our service fee for processing the exchange request.

After-Hours Assistance

Hours

Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

We do not charge an after-hours premium. All requests — regardless of when they are submitted — are handled at our standard service fee rates.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or without authorization, please email us immediately. We take billing disputes seriously and will investigate and respond within one business day.
