We know that travel plans can change — and when they do, we want to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Avion Flights Booking (operated by Flights Booking Desk LLC) is here to help you navigate cancellations and refunds every step of the way.

As an independent travel agency, we work directly with airlines on your behalf. Refund eligibility is largely determined by the fare type you purchased, but we will always advocate for the best possible outcome for you.

2. Refundable Tickets

Eligible for Refund
  • Great news — refundable tickets can be cancelled for a full or partial refund based on the airline's fare rules.
  • We will submit your refund request to the airline promptly and keep you updated throughout the process.
  • Any airline-imposed cancellation fees will be deducted before the refund is returned to you — we will always tell you the exact amount upfront.
  • Our service fee is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, as it covers the work already done to secure your ticket.
  • Simply email us at [email protected] with your booking reference and we'll take it from there.

3. Non-Refundable Tickets

No Refund
  • Non-refundable fares are set by the airline and cannot be refunded — but that doesn't mean you're out of options.
  • Many airlines allow date or name changes on non-refundable tickets for a fee. Contact us and we'll check what's possible for your specific booking.
  • If you have travel insurance, you may be able to claim a refund through your insurer depending on your reason for cancelling.
  • We strongly recommend adding travel insurance at the time of booking — it's the best protection for non-refundable fares.
  • Even if a cash refund isn't possible, we'll explore every available option to help you get the most value from your ticket.

4. If the Airline Cancels or Changes Your Flight

  • If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund of the base fare and taxes — and we will fight to make sure you get it.
  • If the airline makes a significant schedule change (usually 2+ hours), you have the right to a refund or a free rebooking. We'll help you decide which is best.
  • Just reach out to us as soon as you're notified of a cancellation or change and we'll handle the airline communication for you.
  • Airline-initiated refunds can take 4–12 weeks to process — this timeline is set by the airline, but we'll follow up on your behalf.
  • We're in your corner. Our team will stay on top of your case until it's fully resolved.

5. Our Service Fee

We charge a small service fee to cover the cost of finding your flights, processing your booking, and providing ongoing support. Here's exactly how it works — no surprises.

  • The service fee is always shown to you clearly before you pay — you'll never be charged without knowing.
  • It is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, as it covers work already completed on your behalf.
  • The fee covers your entire booking experience: search, ticketing, airline communication, and customer support.
  • If we make an error that prevents your booking from being confirmed, we will refund the service fee in full — no questions asked.

6. How Long Does a Refund Take?

We know waiting for a refund is frustrating. Here's a realistic timeline so you know exactly what to expect:

  • We submit your refund request to the airline within 2–3 business days of approval.
  • Airlines typically process refunds within 7–21 business days — this varies by airline.
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Debit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • We'll email you as soon as your refund is submitted, and again once it's been processed — so you're never left wondering.

7. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Just send us an email and we'll handle everything else.

  • We aim to respond to every refund inquiry within 1–2 business days.
  • We'll review your ticket's fare rules, confirm eligibility, and walk you through the next steps clearly.
  • Please reach out to us before contacting your bank — we're committed to resolving every issue directly and quickly.

8. Payment Disputes

We genuinely want to resolve any issue you have — and we can usually do it faster than a bank dispute. Please contact us first.

If you're unhappy with any aspect of your booking or charge, email us and we promise to respond promptly and work toward a fair resolution.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first can delay your refund and complicate the process. We're on your side — let us help.
